ESA has, as part of their Engineering - and
project Management Services, taken part on
some smaller housing projects which included
Architectural Design and Town Planning.
Although ESA do not employ fulltime
Architects, Quantity Surveyors or Town
planners, we have an established network of
individuals and companies that we incorporate
in our design teams. Our experience with
projects is that with a professional team that is
correctly sized for the project and with
engineering already incorporated into the
Architectural conceptual designs, projects can
be done quicker and also more economically.
Our objective is to provide a "one stop shop"
solution to our Clients who prefer a single point
of communication towards the project.
