













INTRODUCTION
Engenharia, Serviços e Arquitetura (ESA), Lda is a Mozambican civil engineering consultancy established in March
2011. The majority shareholding of the company is held by Mozambican citizens. It is an independent company with no
obligations to, or ties with any commercial concern and / or Government, which could influence the professional
judgement, recommendations or decisions given by the company.
CORPORATE OBJECTIVES
In the long term it is the objective of ESA Lda to maintain continuous growth, but yet to remain small enough to still
handle, at director level, each project in all its phases: report, design, documentation, project management and contract
administration. The company therefore strives to ensure that at the completion of a project, all parties involved will be
satisfied with the service and an end product, which was produced on time and within budget

disturbance. Furthermore, to strictly adhere to the regulations of all relevant authorities.
EXPERTISE
ESA Lda currently offers expertise in the following fields of civil engineering design:
" All aspects related to road infrastructure including traffic engineering, bridge engineering, geotechnical engineering,
geometry, storm water and pavement design of new highways and streets as well as upgrading of existing highways
and streets;
" All aspects related to the airside infrastructure of airports, including capacity analysis, geometry, storm water and
pavement design thereof;
" All aspects related to the industrial apron slabs, including capacity analysis, geometry, storm water and pavement
design thereof;
" All aspects of pavement maintenance, including periodic maintenance such as repair and reseal as well as
rehabilitation of both flexible (bituminous) and rigid (concrete) pavements for roads, airports and industrial applications;
" Construction management and supervision of all civil engineering project;
" Project management of civil engineering projects.
" Route Investigations and route clearances for abnormal and super loads.
